Edson/Colonial Concession Repairs

The concession stand at Edson/Colonial Field received a much needed roof repair, compliments of J&A Roofing.  For years, the banner marquee had been deteriorating to the point that it had become a safety hazard.  Thanks to crew members, Todd C. and Todd T., that danger has been removed.

Additionally, the roof lacked a proper covering and had been exposed to the elements for some time.  Now the roof is safe and secured.  The scope of the work that was completed is as follows:

• Remove existing framed structure and existing roofing
• Install new ½” HD ISO board
• Install new .060 fully adhered EPDM roofing system
• Install new white drip edge

Nate Horowitz of J&A Roofing commented, “My short lived baseball career started and ended on this field.”  Here's to many more years of new opportunities for Kingston's youth.
